1. Campaign Duration
The Loyalty Program campaign for 2024 will run from 21 October 2024 to 31 December 2024. After this date, all accumulated points and unredeemed rewards will be reset.
2. Included Countries
The program will initially be available for registered users in Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany.
3. How the Program Works
Participation in the program requires registration on the website www.daybreakhotels.com in the countries listed in point 2. There are no further conditions for participation.
- 3.1. Each user registered on the DayBreakHotels website will earn 1 point for every Australian dollar spent on confirmed bookings.
- 3.2. Points will be credited starting from the day after booking confirmation. In the case of a no-show reported by the host property, points will be deducted from the account.
- 3.3. To accumulate points, users must be registered and logged in at the time of booking on the website or app. Bookings made without login do not qualify for point accumulation.
- 3.4. A user registered before 21 October 2024 will automatically see their points in their profile for bookings stayed in 2024. Users registered between 21 October and 30 November 2024 can redeem points for bookings made between 1 January and 20 October 2024, provided they were made with the same registration email.
- 3.5. After 30 November 2024, it will no longer be possible to redeem points for past bookings without meeting the above conditions.
4. Program Levels
The Loyalty Program consists of four levels, determined by the points accumulated:
- Explorer: Entry-level with 0 points.
- Silver: Reached with 100 points, granting a $10 AUD discount on a minimum spend of $80 AUD.
- Gold: Reached with 350 points, offering a 15% discount on two bookings with no minimum spend.
- Platinum: Reached with 700 points, offering a 10% discount on all bookings for one year, with no spending limits.
5. Expiration of Points and Rewards
All accumulated points and unredeemed rewards will expire on 31 December 2024. After this date, points will be reset and cannot be used for future redemptions. Rewards earned upon reaching a certain level and not yet redeemed will remain valid until used. No other discounts, benefits, refunds, or perks are provided beyond those listed above.
6. Communications
- 6.1. Transactional communications (e.g., booking confirmation, cancellation) will include information related to the Loyalty Program.
- 6.2. Users will receive an email update on accumulated points two days after booking.
- 6.3. An email will be sent each time a user reaches a new level, with the relevant discount code.
- 6.4. Users can view their level and accumulated points in the "Loyalty Program" section of their profile.
7. Reward Usage Conditions
Discounts are applicable only at hotels that accept discount codes. It is not possible to redeem discounts or rewards for bookings made with different or non-owned email addresses.
8. Program Changes
DayBreakHotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website.
9. Liability
DayBreakHotels will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from participation in the Loyalty Program, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Cancellation Policy
In the event of a booking cancellation, points accumulated for that booking will be automatically deducted from the user’s account. If the cancellation is subject to a penalty, the points related to the non-refundable part of the booking will still be credited. For bookings on request that are not confirmed by the hotel, no points will be awarded.
11. Personal Data Processing
- 11.1. Data collected during participation in the Loyalty Program will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other local data protection regulations.
- 11.2. Personal data provided by users will be used for the following purposes:
- Managing the loyalty program, including the assignment of points and the sending of communications related to accumulated points and reaching new levels.
- Data analysis to improve our services, understand user behavior, and optimize the loyalty program experience.
- Sending promotional communications and personalized offers, based on the analysis of usage data and user preferences, subject to the user’s explicit consent.
- 11.3. Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time by contacting our customer service at [email protected].
- 11.4. Users can withdraw their consent for the use of their data for marketing or analysis purposes by contacting our customer service at the address above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect participation in the Loyalty Program.

12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
