How are reservations handled?
The customer booking process is entirely managed by our portal: you will receive an e-mail with details of the bookings received (which you will also find on the extranet) and, if you need to check availability, you will be contacted by telephone by customer service.How does the commission work?
The guest books through our platform and receives a confirmation email. Payment is made directly at the hotel upon check-in. Each month, we send a draft invoice listing all confirmed bookings, and partners have 10 days to report any corrections.
